We work with IBM Lotus to
ensure that the questions in our products are close to what is on
the real exam and we ensure that all competencies are covered
in detail. Our experienced exam writers also know what's
needed to pass the exams.
To obtain a refund,
please send us your results sheet from the testing vendor and
we will arrange to refund your money. You can either send
us a fax, or a scanned image of your
results sheet to refunds@advancedclp.com.
Please note that
only products purchased via credit card can be refunded. For
security reasons we do not store your credit card details after you
purchase so you will also need to supply us with your credit card
number and expiry date again. Refunds can only be made to the
same card you purchased the product with. The amount refunded
will be the purchase cost in Australian dollars at the time of sale
as recorded by AdvancedCLP. |
