AdvancedCLP will consider requests for
refunds in the following circumstances:
- Where a product has completely failed to function.
A complete failure to function means that you have not been able to use the product in any
way. It does *not* include programming bugs
within the product, incorrect data within the
product, and does not include situations where you
believe the product was not fit for
purpose. A license agreement is included with the
product and it contains the conditions of use for
the product.
- Where you do not agree with the license
conditions included with the product and you have not
made use of the product.
- Where there is a legal requirement for the refund.
Customers requesting a refund must lodge a written
request with AdvancedCLP within 2 weeks of the date of
purchase. Written requests for refunds should take the
form of a letter clearly stating the reason a refund is
requested.
Refunded goods *must* be returned to AdvancedCLP
in full before a refund will be provided. Customer
will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods
to AdvancedCLP.
AdvancedCLP reserves the right to determine whether a
refund will be granted.
Where a refund is granted, goods paid by credit card will be refunded by issue of a credit card
refund. Goods paid by cheque will be refunded by
cheque in Australian currency. The amount refunded
will not exceed the purchase cost in Australian dollars
at the time of sale.
